STEP 2 · DAYS 2–6
Build & revise
I build the complete site — mobile-first, fast, with your content, photos, and contact flow in place. You get a private preview and both included revision rounds happen inside the week, then a final speed pass and every link and form tested on mobile and desktop.
STEP 3 · DAY 7 + AFTER
Launch & support
Your site goes live on your domain; the second $250 is due only at launch, and if I miss Day 7 on my end I keep working free until it's up. You get all logins — the site is yours. After launch: 30 days of free small fixes, then $75/hour or an optional care plan. No contract, no lock-in.

Is it really $500 flat — what's included?
Yes. Up to 5 pages and 2 rounds of revisions, copy rewritten for you, and photos from you or stock, cleaned up and compressed by me. It's $250 deposit to book, $250 at launch. You pay the deposit by a Stripe payment link I send you personally once the audit shows a rebuild will help — my Stripe link is being added to this page. Anything beyond scope (extra pages, online store, custom features) is flagged in the audit and quoted separately before any work starts. No surprise bills.
What if I don't love the Day 1 direction?
Full deposit back. Tell me on Day 1, when you see the plan and direction, and your $250 comes back in full. No forms, no fight.
Can you really finish in 7 days — what if I'm late?
Yes, because the scope is fixed and the process is set. The 7 days start once I have your content. If content or feedback is more than 3 business days late, your slot moves to the next opening. If a delay is on my end, I keep working free until you're live and the final payment isn't due until launch. From you I need: your logo and photos if you have them, access to your current site/domain, and quick feedback at two checkpoints. No website yet? Who hosts it, what platform is it on — and do I own it?
Your site is fast, static HTML — no heavy page builder — hosted free, so hosting costs $0/month and there's no monthly hosting fee from me. Your only ongoing cost is your domain, roughly $20–45 per year. A move to Cloudflare Pages / Netlify is under consideration, since GitHub Pages terms discourage business sites. You own everything: domain, content, and logins. I can update text for you, or any developer can pick it up — nothing is locked to me or a proprietary platform.
What happens after revision round 2, and after launch?
Two revision rounds are included in the $500. After that, extra work is $75/hour, quoted before any work — nothing is billed without your OK. After launch you get 30 days of free small fixes; after that it's the same $75/hour, quoted first, or an optional monthly care plan if you want ongoing edits covered.
